Unlike traditional eyebrow tattoos, pigment is carefully applied in the top layer of the skin using a precision hand-tool. The hand tool allows the careful ‘feathering’ of the pigment, meaning the result is much more natural, mimicking the appearance of real hairs. Laura Kay London uses the finest hair strokes in the world, guaranteeing a soft finish. Microblading is an advanced-level technique that allows you to create super-fine hair strokes for a flawless finish. Using a precision hand tool, rather than a machine, you’ll learn how to administer this increasingly popular service to your clients.

The Microblading Masterclass is a 3-day microblading course where you’ll learn theory plus the manual hair stroke technique for eyebrows using a hand tool, followed up with your own client case studies and a final assessment.

You will initially practice on rubber skin and then move on to working on live models provided by the academy. You will learn Laura’s fine hair stroke technique to create natural looking eyebrows. The first two days of the course consist of your training, following which you need to complete ten case studies in your own time. Once those are complete, you come back for your final assessment. If you are successful you will then receive your diploma.

What’s included in the course:

• Mastering Microblading
• Mastering your Hand Tool
• Textured hair stroke eyebrows
• How to draw perfect eyebrows
• Eyebrow shapes to avoid
• Creating eyebrows that look natural
• The healing process
• After-care guidelines
• Top up procedures
