At Laura Kay there are three cutting-edge fine hair simulation techniques to choose from depending on the look you want to achieve – Microblading, the Fine Hair Strokes technique or Powder ombre Eyebrows. After first using eyebrow pencils to establish the shape you require, Laura then applies your permanent make up with a perfect colour match to give you the most natural, realistic looking eyebrows ever. Definition can be added to reshape your brows, while thin brows can be filled out and uneven brows made symmetrical. If you’ve suffered hair loss due to alopecia, the ageing process or illness, Laura can help you regain your confidence through beautiful, natural-looking brows.

Techniques

Microblading / Nanoblading – Microblading & Nanoblading is a revolutionary beauty trend.  Unlike traditional eyebrow tattooing, pigment is carefully applied in the top layer of the skin using a precision hand tool. This enables careful ‘feathering’ of the pigment, meaning the result is much more natural, mimicking the appearance of real hairs. Laura Kay uses the finest hair strokes in the world, giving you a very natural result.

Hyper Realism- Fine Hair Stroke Eyebrows – Hair Stroke Eyebrows, also known as the hair simulation technique, can be done using the traditional permanent make up machine or microblading with the hand tool. Either technique will give a very natural effect, but when using the machine technique the hair strokes can merge slightly, giving a natural fluffy appearance. In either case Laura Kay and her team use the finest Nano Needle technology to mimic the appearance of natural eyebrow hair.

Ombre Powder Eyebrows
– If you like a fuller, more defined brow then the powder technique is perfect for you. The powder technique mimics the appearance of your usual brow make up, whether that’s powder or pencil. At Laura Kay we use our signature soft shading technique to achieve the ultimate defined and groomed eyebrows, so can you ditch your eyebrow make up for good!

What does the treatment involve?

Eyebrows are the frame of your face– you’d be amazed how well-groomed eyebrows can act as an instant face-lift and give you a more youthful appearance.

How long does it take?

After first using eyebrow pencils to establish the shape you require, you are then colour matched with a bespoke shade for the most natural, realistic looking brows.

How long do the results last?

Results last approximately two years, however most treatments will require a follow up treatment approximately six months or a year after the first.
