We’ve made every effort to ensure the colours on screen are as close as possible to the actual product colours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match as photographs and swatch shades will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Our Returns Policy

You may return unused/unopened products in their original condition within 7 working days from delivery and get a full refund, provided you tell us within 3 working days after receipt of the products that you intend to return them.
Please include a completed Returns form with your items. We require that the parcel be sent via a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

We will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products, provided the goods have been returned to us in their original condition within 7 working days of delivery. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Laura Kay London reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions without prior notice being given.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
1. Notify us of your intention to return the items.
This must be done within 3 working days of receiving your order, by emailing us at info@laurakaylondon.com with your order details. Please note that we can only accept returns for the reasons stated above, and cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. You have fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to return the items to us.
2. Return your items by post.
Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including the original dispatch. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature on receipt). Please ensure you retain proof of postage for use in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
3. Processing your refund:
If your refund is approved, we will process it within twenty eight (28) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned them to us in their original condition.

All products will be paid for in advance of shipping by either credit/debit card. All orders are liable to a shipping charge of £6.99 on all orders.
